Finely crafted by Sin Gin Distillery, 'Perth Pink' was our special feature for October 2025, and we absolutely loved tasting it throughout the month. It's a sweet and colourful Gin, but made without using fruit or sweeteners. Instead, it's combining Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Rosella flowers to make a Pink Gin that can be equally enjoyed with any of your favourite mixers. Add soda, tonic or even lemonade to create a beautifully refreshing drink, perfect for those Spring afternoons.
