This month we're celebrating Western Victoria’s wild landscapes, with a feature crafted for those with a spirit of adventure - Gallivanter Gin!

Distilled in Ballarat by Itinerant Spirits, this award-winning Wild Botanical Gin showcases an exceptional blend of native and traditional botanicals, including fragrant Lemon Drop Wax Flower from the Grampians and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf. Proofed with pristine volcanic spring water from Black Mount, Millbrook, and produced using sustainable practices, Gallivanter is as thoughtful as it is distinctive.

Expertly distilled by James Fairlie, whose experience spans Scotland’s Glenturret Distillery and Australia’s Four Pillars, the result is a beautifully balanced gin with bright citrus, warming spice and a smooth, rounded finish, presented in a striking custom-designed bottle inspired by the journey that lies ahead.
