Imbue's highly awarded signature Sub-urban Gin, but re-imagined through time spent in oak – delivering warmth, complexity, and an irresistibly toasty finish.

This barrel-aged beauty stars locally foraged botanicals from Melbourne’s fringe suburbs, gently matured in a combo of Spanish Sherry and Aussie Apera barrels. Aging transforms Sub-urban’s spice notes into sweet, nutty granola with hints of toasted oak. Sip it neat alongside your favourite cheese board or stir into an old-fashioned with maple syrup and a seasonal citrus twist.

As we do with all our monthly features, we’ve packed each one of the boxes with 2x bottles of tailored Long Rays Mixers, along with a unique set of garnishes to enhance the flavours of the gin, as well as 100ML bottle of Brookie's Mac Liqueur for a unique DIY Cocktail experience!
