Each of these full-size bottles (700-750ML) comes accompanied by a custom recipe book (with serving suggestions & tasting notes for the gin), as well as a DIY cocktail extras to bring the best out of each month’s gin feature.

Say hello to our second gin club feature of 2025, 'Island Flower' gin from That Spirited Lot!

Whenever we take a sip of this beautifully balanced floral gin, it transports us to a leisurely bicycle ride down the streets of a small town in rural Japan, with the smell of fragrant flowers filling the air...and it is for a good reason, since 'That Spirited Lot's 'Island Flower Gin' is inspired by co-founder Kate's travels to Southern Japan & Okinawa Islands. 

Delicately pink hue (thanks to addition of Hibiscus flowers post-distillation), with sweet floral and vine fruit aromas that are followed by piney juniper and subtle spice flavours with a lovely returning sweetness on the finish. Just an epic sipper on a long summer afternoon!

As we do with all our monthly features, we’ve packed each one of the boxes with 2x bottles of tailored Long Rays Mixers, along with a unique set of garnishes to enhance the flavours of the gin, as well as 100ML Bottle of Creme de Violette for a unique DIY Cocktail experience!
