Move over shiraz & barrel aged gins, make room for Prohibition Shiraz Barrel Aged Gin! If you ever wondered what could have happened if you aged an ultimate overproof gin in custom coopered ex-American bourbon, ex-Barossa Valley Shiraz oak barrel…well, wonder no more! The outcome is a magnificent blush coloured spirit, that is still surprisingly soft and silky, with a gentle Shiraz notes, rounded by a rich oaked rye back-note…all at a ‘modest’ 60% ABV!!! It may be punchy, but you can still find those subtle vanilla & floral notes, which define all PLC gins. Perfect on ice, with light tonic, or with soda…or in your favourite cocktail!

As with all our gift packs, to bring you a full G&T experience, we’ve paired it with Long-Rays Tonic (low in sugar and made locally from native Australian ingredients), as well as 3x individually picked botanicals to complement the flavour of the gin. Alternatively, if you’re already stocked up on tonic, you can replace it with any two additional garnishes from our shop (just let us know upon check out).
