Anise myrtle is a uniquely Australian botanical that grows in rain forests, and has an aromatic profile similar to aniseed. As a native part of our flora, it’s only to be found in gins which highlight it such as Manly Spirits gins, Brookie’s gin, or Mount Compass gins. Great garnish for our local gins, especially when you’re looking for that extra ‘ZE MYRTLE’ kick!
