Romantically referred to as the ‘forbidden fruit’, it is used in selected number of gins, mainly due to its very distinctive flavor/aroma after distillation, instantly making it one of the signature botanicals (unlike lemon or orange, grapefruit has a distinctive aroma which tends to be very loud). The aroma is a lot more subtle when dehydrated, making it a vibrant garnish to a variety of gin types, especially the pink ones.

NOTE: We’re dehydrating our grapefruit slices in-house and to order, only using the freshest & locally sourced produce, so you’re always guaranteed the best possible product. We’re also making sure that all our fruit is dehydrated at low temperatures to maintain the vibrant colour, flavour & maximum nutritional value of the fresh fruit.
