As you may know, coriander plays a very important role in the world of gin, in fact, it is the second most used botanical after juniper, even in the modern style gins. Having said that, there’s no need to worry if coriander isn’t your cup of tea (the only ‘DISH SOAP’ you’ll find here, is in the name), as once distilled, its tone is usually very subtle, all whilst also rather complex – a little bit citrusy, nutty and spicy, all at once!
