Not as prominent in the gin making process as the regular orange, its well known sibling, blood orange is slowly making its own mark in the field, thanks to some unique characteristics specific only to blood oranges – a distinctly raspberry-like flavour in addition to the usual citrus notes. It’s a perfect garnish for a pink G&T, or your next Negroni!
NOTE: We’re dehydrating our blood orange slices in-house and to order, only using the freshest & locally sourced produce, so you’re always guaranteed the best possible product. We’re also making sure that all our fruit is dehydrated at low temperatures to maintain the vibrant colour, flavour & maximum nutritional value of the fresh fruit.
