Made from traditional and indigenous botanicals, distilled with an Australian grain alcohol. A dry style of gin, with prominent juniper, earthy notes of angelica root and coriander seeds, as well as light citrus flavours obtained from using our native Lemon Myrtle.

To bring you a full G&T experience, we’ve paired with Long-Rays Tonic (low in sugar and made locally from native Australian ingredients), as well as 3x individually picked botanicals to complement the flavour of the gin. Alternatively, if you’re already stocked up on tonic, you can replace it with any two additional garnishes from our shop (just let us know upon check out).
