This award-winning Australian dry gin not only focuses on Native Australian botanicals (with 17 out of 26 coming from Australia, all of which are native to Byron Bay’s verdant rainforest), but is also made following fully environmentally-conscious principles. A very well balanced yet distinctive take on the classic London Dry style of gin, with citrus and juniper taking the lead, supported by refreshing green spice (think bay leaf, kaffir lime & eucalyptus), with a hint of red fruit, and a lovely, floral, fresh orange peel finish.

To bring you a full G&T experience, we’ve paired with Long-Rays Tonic (low in sugar and made locally from native Australian ingredients), as well as 3x individually picked botanicals to complement the flavour of the gin.
