Our June 2024 Gin Club feature was like no other...with 100 years of history behind it! Let us introduce you to Bavay 'Forbidden Fruit' Gin!

This historically inspired spirit is based on a 100 year old wheat recipe which blends a selection of traditional botanicals within a vapour infused Copper pot still. The star ingredient is a humble pink pomelo (pink grapefruit), which when first discovered by the English was referenced to as the "forbidden fruit", due to the fact that it could only be found in the Island of Barbados.

The pink pomelo lends a magnificent juicy kick to their signature gin, beautifully complemented by a delicate spice of pink peppercorns, making it as enticing as its name suggests, like all things forbidden.

To complement it, we’ve packed each of the boxes with 2x bottles of Long Rays Citrus Tonic, along with a unique set of garnishes to enhance the flavours of the gin, as well as a taster-size bottle (100ml) of Bavay '1842 Shiraz' Gin for a unique DIY cocktail experience!
