Over the last few years, Applewood has been championing Australian desert ingredients with their signature gin, one that was meant to be a true reflection of our iconic outback. Then they brought the Navy Gin, with the goal to amplify that even further by doubling that botanical load. When conceptualising this magnificent Coral Gin, the goal was to capture another landscape, not just in flavour…but in also in spirit…combine the feeling of being so close to the ocean, with that of being close to some of the worlds most iconic and ancient tropical rainforests. The Daintree is only a spitting distance from the heart of the Great Barrier Reef, so crafting Coral Gin was an exercise in harmoniously balancing tropical rainforest with saline coastal botanicals.

As with all our gift packs, to bring you a full G&T experience, we’ve paired it with Long-Rays Tonic (low in sugar and made locally from native Australian ingredients), as well as 3x individually picked botanicals to complement the flavour of the gin. Alternatively, if you’re already stocked up on tonic, you can replace it with any two additional garnishes from our shop (just let us know upon check out).
